Job description

  • Campaign Manager to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns for a range of products and services.
  • Include hiring and briefing external agencies and freelancers, monitoring and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager on managing spend and schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.
  • Recruit, brief and manage contract or freelance staff to work on campaigns.
  • Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
  • Ensure content created is accurate and error-free.
  • Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication is a must.
  • A post-graduate qualification in marketing may be desired.
  • Several years’ related job experience may be strongly preferred.
  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
  • Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Understand current marketing trends.
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.

Field Manager

Job description

  • We at Step Next Private Limited are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individuals who can play a pivotal role in election campaigns – drive political strategies on ground and execute campaigns involving large scale outreach.
  • As a Field Associate, you’ll coordinate with internal stake holders from across teams at Step Next Private Limited and external stake holders including party leaders and the general public at large. This position will give you a ring side view of how the Indian democracy functions first hand and allow you to make your impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Detect the political pulse of different demographic, geographic and legislative entities through a series of rigorous primary or secondary research initiatives.
  • Liaise with political stakeholders including party leadership, post holders and workers to provide support, execute central campaigns and develop networks on ground Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on-ground campaigns; Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelors / Masters or equivalent degree from premier institutes
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in top organizations
  • Exposure of working in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
